Project Research Scientist at Panjab University, Chandigarh, India

Applications are invited for one position of Project Scientist I at the DST – Centre for Policy Research, Panjab University, Chandigarh. The role is temporary, with a salary of Rs. 56,000/- plus HRA. Eligibility/Qualification-

Essential Qualification:

1. Ph. D in the field of Science OR Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university.
2. Experience (One year after Ph.D and Two year after M.Tech/ME) in research and development in Industrial or Academic institutions or Science and Technology organizations. Experience in scientific activities and services with proven knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights, STI Policies & Industry Academia networks for R&D.
3. Age: Less than 35 years

Desirable:

i. S&T policy Knowledge ii. knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights. iii. Experience of preparing detailed document, report, etc. iv. Knowledge of Statistical tools and infographics.
