About- The Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, invites applications for the post of Project Scientist-I (PS-I) under an ANRF-sponsored research project titled “Te-MobiX: Safe and Degradation-controlled Batteries with Efficient Charging for Tropical e-Mobility Excellence.” The appointment is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Candidates holding a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or those who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis are eligible to apply.

Eligibility/Qualification–
Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, OR
- Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis in Electrical Engineering are also eligible.

- Maximum Age: 35 Years
- Age relaxation of 5 years is available for:

- OBC
- Physically Challenged candidates
- Female candidates

The position is purely temporary and will continue only for the duration of the project.
Fellowship:
- ₹77,000 per month
- Plus 20% House Rent Allowance (HRA)
