Eligibility/Qualification–
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- Ph.D. in the appropriate branch/discipline.
- First Class in the preceding degree.
- Excellent academic record throughout their career.
Experience
Professor
- Minimum 10 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching, research, or industry.
- At least 4 years as Associate Professor in IITs/IISc/IIMs/IISERs or equivalent institutions.
- Strong record of independent research, Ph.D. supervision, publications in reputed journals, patents, sponsored research projects, and academic contributions.
Associate Professor
- Minimum 6 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching, research, or professional work.
- At least 3 years as Assistant Professor or equivalent research/industry position.
- Demonstrated excellence in independent research, M.Tech./Ph.D. supervision, quality publications, patents, laboratory/course development, and related academic achievements.
