Study Area- Semiconductor optoelectronic device
Location- Institute of Technology Delhi, India
Eligibility/Qualification–
Ph.D in the area of Semiconductor Devices, Experience in semiconductor optoelectronic device fabrication (mask aligner, metallization. direct writing and RIE) and characterization, Cleanroom experience.
The post may be downgraded as per discretion of the Selection Committee if none of the candidate is found suitable for the post.
