Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD: Excellent PhD in biomechanics or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Solid knowledge of bone imaging and experimental biomechanics.

Job Description: The Research Associate will:

  • Advance understanding of metastatic spine biomechanics.
  • Create an experimental database for computational model validation.
  • Collaborate within Insigneo and contribute to the METASTRA project.
  • Develop full-field strain measurement approaches using mechanical testing and imaging.
  • Collaborate with the METASTRA consortium to validate finite element models.
