Job Description
The selected candidate will:
- Conduct long-read sequencing of S. Dublin isolates at project outset
- Undertake genomic variation analysis to explore virulence in bovine and human hosts
- Collaborate with the University of Edinburgh for in vitro and in vivo phenotyping
- Analyze and link genotype to phenotype in collaborative research
