About- The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Jodhpur invites applications for multiple research positions under the DHR-ICMR funded project titled “Regional Level Viral Research and Diagnostic Laboratory”. These positions are purely temporary and aimed at strengthening advanced virology and diagnostic research.

Eligibility/Qualification-
1. Research Scientist-II (Medical)
- MBBS (recognized by MCI or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years of R&D / teaching experience
Desirable:
- Experience in microbiology/virology techniques
- Postdoctoral research/training
- Knowledge of computer applications and big data handling
2. Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical)
- M.Sc. + PhD in relevant subject
- Minimum 4 years of R&D / teaching experience
Desirable:
- Experience in microbiology/virology techniques
- Postdoctoral research/training
- Knowledge of bioinformatics and big data
3. Multi-Tasking Staff
- High School/Matric or equivalent
- Experience in microbiology/virology sample collection and transport

Selected candidates will work under the Principal Investigator Dr. Ravisekhar Gadepalli in a high-impact virology research project. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting virological and microbiological experiments
- Supporting viral diagnostic activities
- Handling clinical samples (for MTS role)
- Data analysis and reporting (Scientist roles)
- Assisting in research documentation and project execution
