Essential Qualifications & Experience:
PhD in relevant field.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) processes and equipment.
- Strong understanding of thin film characterization techniques.
- Knowledge of advanced thermal management materials and techniques.
- Working experience in cleanroom environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research environment
Strongly Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience with ALD processes and equipment.
- Experience in collaborating with industry partners.
Job Profile:
Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Bombay is seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher for the role Project Research Scientist to join our team and contribute to pioneering research in atomic layer deposition and thermal management under the Translation and Research for Advanced Nanoelectronics Growth (TaRANG) project. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing experiments related to ALD thin film deposition and the development of advanced thermal management solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of materials science, thin film technology and knowledge of thermal management in device applications. The researcher will contribute to both fundamental and applied research projects.
