Eligibility / Qualification

  • Education: Completed Doctoral/PhD degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a closely related field.
  • Publications: Documented publication record in renowned peer-reviewed scientific journals.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced technical and methodological proficiency in separation techniques (including enantiomeric purity) and high-resolution mass spectrometry.
  • Teaching: Demonstrated experience in independently planning and teaching university courses.
  • Language: Excellent English skills (C1 level, oral and written).
  • Desirable: Familiarity with operating systems and software tools for automated measurement and evaluation of HPLC separations.
  • Additional Skills: Strong communication abilities, team player mindset, solid IT skills, and understanding of university organizational structures.

Job Description

The successful candidate will engage in research, teaching, and administration, fulfilling the following tasks:

  • Technical Leadership: Support departmental research projects and manage routine maintenance and repair coordination for analytical and preparative HPLC systems.
  • Separation & Analysis: Provide expert technical support for chromatographic drug separations.
  • Independent Research: Plan and execute independent research projects in pharmaceutical chemistry and publish results in international English-language journals.
  • Teaching Responsibilities: Independently conduct university courses per collective agreement guidelines.
  • Administration: Fulfill administrative and organizational responsibilities across research and departmental operations.
