About- Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from Indian Nationals to join the following contractual positions under the NERBPMC program being implemented at New Delhi, India.

Location- Institute of Life Sciences, Bhubaneswar, India
Eligibility/Qualification–
Candidates having a Doctoral Degree or Masters Degree in Engineering & Technology qualification in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Bioinformatics or allied Life Science subjects with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (relaxation will be given as per Govt. guidelines) from a recognized university and having two years of experience in research and development in industrial and academic institutions or science and technology organization and scientific activities and services are eligible to appear the interview.
Age Limit:
The candidate should be below 32 years of age as of the last date of receiving applications. An age relaxation of five years for SC/ST/women/PH candidates and three years for OBC candidates will be given (as per Govt. of India rules).

PI: Dr. Debasis Dash Remuneration: Rs. 45,000/- per month (Consolidated) Eligibility

The selected candidates will not have any right to claim explicitly or implicitly for any post in the Institute of Life Sciences. The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the ILS website and intimated over email. A physical and/or online interview will be held based on the list of shortlisted candidates. The institute’s decision regarding the selection of the candidates will be final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The appointment will be for an initial period of one year extendable till the end of the project period of three years. The position is purely temporary and coterminous with the project. The decision of the Director regarding the selection of candidates will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
