Postdoc in Computational CRISPR Guide RNA Design Targeting Network Modules

Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD degree in bioinformatics, computer science, or a related field
- Proficient in Python and C++
- Strong experience with Linux/Unix environment, command lines, and shell scripting
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their implementation
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong team player with good people skills
Job Description:
- Develop computational strategies for multiplex-based gRNA design targeting network modules
- Predict gRNA on- and off-target efficiency
- Construct genetic interaction networks
- Design and implement a user interface for interactive use
- Explore further possibilities for improving computational prediction and modeling
- Teach and disseminate knowledge within the research group
