Postdoc in Computational RNA Design, University of Copenhagen, Denmark

The University of Copenhagen has four campus areas. As distances in Copenhagen are relatively small, it is easy to get from one campus to the other either by bicycle or public transportation. The campus areas are integrated into the city of Copenhagen and students use the facilities available in the city, adding a lively buzz to the streets and cafés of Copenhagen.

Postdoc in Computational RNA Design : The Gorodkin lab at the Center for non-coding RNA in Technology and Health (RTH), University of Copenhagen, invites applications for a three-year postdoctoral position. The successful candidate will work on developing computational strategies for CRISPR guide RNA (gRNA) design targeting network modules, with a focus on integrating molecular networks into the design process. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research funded by the Novo Nordic Foundation.
