Postdoctoral Researcher – Synthetic Lymphatic Tissues Development

  • Eligibility/Qualification:
  • PhD degree in biophysics, bioinformatics, biochemistry, or related field.
  • Experience in RNA-seq analysis and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with cell culture and advanced microscopy advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English; German skills beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Job Description:
  • Design and characterize synthetic cell tissues with immunological properties.
  • Conduct bulk and single cell RNA sequencing experiments and analysis.
  • Investigate interactions between synthetic cells, cancer cells, and immune cells.
  • Screen natural product drug libraries for immuno-regulatory compounds.
