Eligibility/Qualification
- Must have a Ph.D. or expect to receive a Ph.D. in machine learning, computer science, statistics, or a related field before the date of employment
- Must have published research in machine-learning conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, AISTATS, UAI, ICLR, etc.)
- Expertise in Bayesian Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Optimization, Active Learning, Lifelong Learning
- Proactive, cooperative, flexible, with good communication skills
- Ability to cooperate with relevant personnel within/outside of the laboratory
Job Description
The candidate will conduct research and publish findings in top machine-learning conferences. They will also contribute to group management, supervise interns and technical staff, and explore ethical, legal, and social issues related to AI technology. The role is meant to advance the careers of early-career researchers aspiring to pursue academia.
