Eligibility/Qualification
- Academic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Applied Mathematics, or a related field (120 ECTS credits required).
- Grading Requirements:
- Minimum average grade B in the master’s degree.
- Minimum grade B on the master’s thesis.
- Minimum average grade C in the bachelor’s degree.
- Language Proficiency:
- Good communication skills in English (both oral and written).

Description
The selected PhD candidate will be part of the Artificial Intelligence academic group at OsloMet. The project focuses on the development of novel multi-objective QEAs designed specifically for classical computing environments. The ultimate goal is to provide effective solutions for real-world optimization challenges, contributing significantly to academic research and practical applications. The position offers a 3-year commitment dedicated to research or a 4-year commitment that includes teaching and administrative tasks.
