Description
This studentship is part of an EPSRC-funded project aimed at the design and preparation of Cu-X catalysts using the exsolution method to convert CO2 into methanol. This innovative approach promises a significant reduction in CO2 emissions, potentially up to 90%. The research aligns with the goal of decarbonizing energy supplies and meeting net-zero targets. Candidates are expected to have good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with peers.
How to Apply
Applications should be submitted via the Chemical and Process Engineering Research PhD programme page. Instead of a detailed research proposal, applicants should upload a document that includes the title of the project they wish to apply for and the name of the relevant supervisor, Dr. Kalliopi Kousi.
