Research Area- Quantum sensors using diamond quantum defects; Quantum Physics, Nanofabrication, Optics, Electronics
Location- Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Eligibility/Qualification–
- Project Associate – I:
- M.Sc. in Physics or B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE/EE/CS or related fields with a first-class academic record (CPI of 7.0/10.0 or above).
- Junior Research Fellow:
- Similar qualifications as Project Associate – I, additionally must qualify for a National Eligibility Test (NET JRF, JEST, GATE, etc.) with a valid score.
- Senior Project Associate:
- M.Sc. in Physics or B.Tech in a relevant field with 4 years of R&D experience, or M.Tech with 2 years, or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.

The project aims to develop tools and techniques that leverage atom-like defects in diamonds as quantum sensors for achieving high sensitivity and micron-scale spatial resolution.
