Eligibility/Qualification
- PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field.
- Experience in directed evolution and cell culture.
- Experience in AI-driven protein design is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and proficient in English.
Job Description
As a postdoctoral researcher, you will engage in projects that focus on:
- Developing and optimizing pore-forming toxins (PFTs) for selective targeting of cancer cells.
- Expressing and purifying PFTs, involving computational protein engineering and directed evolution.
- Utilizing PFTs in artificial lipid bilayers for biosensing applications.
- Collaborating on the development of a microfluidic platform for sensing applications.
You will also contribute to shaping the specific approaches in this project according to your research interests and will work in a highly collaborative and supportive research environment.
