✅ Eligibility / Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree (MSc) in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or related fields (equivalent to 240 ECTS)
- Experience with or interest in manufacturing systems and technology
- Excellent written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior knowledge in maintenance engineering
- Empirical research skills (qualitative & quantitative)
- Proficiency in Swedish (or willingness to learn within 2 years)
- Strong analytical, independent, and innovative mindset
