Eligibility/Qualification
To be eligible for the HFSP Postdoctoral Fellowships, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: Applicants can be from any country, but cannot apply to work in the country of their nationality.
- Educational Qualification:
- Long-Term Fellowships (LTF): PhD in a biological field.
- Cross-Disciplinary Fellowships (CDF): PhD in a non-biological field (e.g., physics, chemistry, mathematics, engineering, computer sciences).
- Publication Requirement: At least one first-author publication or equivalent research experience required.
- No more than three years post-PhD experience by the submission deadline.
Job Description
The HFSP Postdoctoral Fellowships support frontier research projects that challenge existing paradigms and use innovative techniques. The fellowships provide:
