Job Description
The successful candidates will:
- Utilize a variety of biological resources (model mice, ES cells, iPS cell lines, and organoids).
- Establish advanced platforms for gene expression, epigenomic, and 3D genome data analyses.
- Conduct research to elucidate mechanisms of development and disease through integration with genome editing technologies.
- Investigate gene regulatory mechanisms governed by non-coding genomic regions.
- Generate multilayered genomic and epigenomic data from RIKEN bioresources.
