Job Description
The selected candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to chemical reaction modeling and utilize machine learning to predict reaction outcomes.
- Collaborate with theoretical and experimental groups in the Center for the Mechanical Control of Chemistry.
- Help develop new computational methods and workflows to accelerate chemical discovery, focusing on organic materials.
- Assist in the construction and support of the Center’s Reaction Database, particularly if skills overlap with database development.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to ongoing research discussions.
This is an initial one-year appointment with the potential for annual renewal based on performance and continued funding. The ideal candidate will be able to start in early Fall 2025.
