Eligibility/Qualification
- Education: PhD in Materials Chemistry or a related field.
- Experience: Indifferent; however, a strong background in materials chemistry and organic synthesis is preferred. Proficiency in molecular characterization techniques (NMR, FT-IR) is essential.
Job Description
The researcher will focus on:
- Designing and synthesizing carbon nanotubes functionalized with fluorescent peptides.
- Characterizing conjugates using various spectroscopic and microscopic techniques and thermogravimetric analysis.
- Collaborating with two laboratories in Montpellier to optimize nanobiosensors.
- Conducting ex vivo and in vivo studies using pancreatic cancer models.
- Contributing to the identification of kinase biomarkers for cancer diagnostics.
