Eligibility / Qualification
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from a Top 100 institution in a relevant discipline
- Academic background in Civil Engineering Materials, Cement Chemistry, or related fields
- Strong research experience in rheology, UHPC, or 3D printed concrete
- Postdoctoral applicants must have at least 3 SCI publications as first author
- High standards of scientific integrity, reliability, and research ethics
- Proven ability to lead research tasks and deliver high-impact research outcomes
Job Description
- Conduct independent research on UHPC and 3D printing construction
- Design and execute experiments related to concrete materials and rheology
- Publish research findings in high-impact SCI journals
- Collaborate with the research team under the RTH-ITF scheme
- Contribute to innovation and knowledge transfer in advanced construction materials
Salary & Benefits
- Up to HK$18,000/month for candidates with a Master’s degree
- Up to HK$35,000/month for candidates with a Doctoral degree
- Maximum engagement period: 18 months (generally)
