Eligibility/Qualification
- Ph.D. degree or equivalent in biophysics, biochemistry, or biology.
- Strong background in X-ray imaging and/or X-ray absorption spectroscopy.
- Experience with manipulation and analysis of biological samples.
- Previous experience at a synchrotron facility.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Contribute to the operation and development of ID21 beamline instruments.
- Collaborate closely with the ICS Neuro team from LP2i Bordeaux.
- Develop correlative (cryo)microscopy approaches and sample preparation protocols.
- Perform experiments and data analysis at ID21 and related beamlines.
- Coordinate sample transfers and participate in manuscript writing.
