Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Ph.D. in relevant fields
  • Background in organic geochemistry, materials thermophysics, cosmochemistry, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills and interest in bridging experiment and theory

Job Description:

The researcher will:

  • Design and carry out calorimetric measurements on samples relevant to planetary bodies, including meteoritic materials and organic-mineral mixtures.
  • Use state-of-the-art instruments for analysis, including Simultaneous Thermal Analysis, Thermogravimetry Analysis, and Differential Scanning Calorimetry.
  • Collaborate with a computational postdoctoral researcher in experimental design, data interpretation, and joint publications.

  • Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and specified National Holidays
