Job Description:
- In vitro culture of human pluripotent stem cells and retinal organoids.
- Genome engineering using CRISPR/Cas9 and characterization of mutant iPSC and organoids.
- Vector construction and molecular cloning.
- Analysis of retinal organoids through various histology and microscopy techniques.
- Implementing and optimizing new methodologies for organoid culture and analysis.
- Involvement in preparing figures and papers for publication.
- Assisting with lab management and organization.
- Collaborating closely with group members and other IOB teams.
