Job Description

The selected candidate will work on interdisciplinary research involving AI-driven precursor development for ALD technologies. Key responsibilities include:

  • AI-guided ligand synthesis and precursor development for ALD
  • Characterization of ALD precursors using advanced analytical methods
  • Using AI/ML-generated predictions to synthesize novel ligands and precursors
  • Collaborating with theoretical AI/ML research groups
  • Interpretation of experimental data and molecular property predictions
  • Validation of newly developed precursors for ALD process development
  • Coordinating project activities with industrial collaborators
