Eligibility/Qualification
- A two-year master’s degree (120 ECTS points) or an equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in microbiology and metabolic engineering.
- Proven experience in genetic engineering and fermentation processes, preferably with bioreactor usage.
- A publication record is an advantage.
Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Optimize selected food-grade microorganisms employing natural and genetic engineering methods.
- Engage in fermentation activities and conduct experiments related to the production of sustainable and nutritious fermented foods.
- Contribute to exploring the effects of introduced genetic mutations.
