Eligibility/Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems and Control, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in mathematical modeling, optimization, and process systems engineering.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with programming (Python, MATLAB, GProms, Julia) is an advantage.
  • Experience in optimization, process simulation, or control is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Job Description

  • Develop advanced methodologies for the design and operation of flexible CO2 utilization processes.
  • Implement superstructure-based models representing various process configurations.
  • Formulate optimization and control frameworks that adapt to variations in renewable energy availability.
  • Collaborate with industrial partners to address real-world challenges in sustainable process industries.
  • Engage in mathematical modeling, process simulation, optimization, and sustainability assessment.
