Key Information

  • Job Description: The selected researcher will focus on studying quantum nuclear effects on the properties of solids. The work involves developing an in-house program package and performing computations on realistic solids using supercomputing resources. You will also participate in teaching tasks and help supervise Bachelorโ€™s students.
  • Eligibility/Qualification:
    • Must hold an internationally recognized Masterโ€™s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Chemistry (ideally in computational condensed matter physics).
    • Mandatory: Excellent written and spoken English skills and good knowledge of Python.
    • Advantageous: Experience with program development and the Quantum ESPRESSO program package.
