Eligibility/Qualification:

| Assistant Professor Grade-I | Level 12, Cell 1 (Starting Basic Pay Rs.1,01,500/- | Ph.D in appropriate branch /discipline and first class in the preceding degree with very good academic record throughout. “Further, the candidate applying for CSE and EE should hold a B.Tech degree in CSE (or related like IT, CS) and EE (or related like EC, EI) respectively.” | At least 3 years of post PhD experience in relevant industrial/research/ teaching (Excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.). |
| Assistant Professor Grade-II | Level 10, Cell 14 (Starting Basic Pay Rs. 84,700/-) Level 11, Cell 10 ( Starting Basic Pay Rs. 89,900/-) Level 11, Cell 11 (Starting Basic Pay Rs. 92,600/-) | Candidates with Post PhD experience less than 3 years (i.e. Fresh Ph.D., Ph.D.+1 year Experience, and Ph.D.+ 2 years Experience). |
Candidate’s age should preferably be below 35 years for the post of Assistant Professor.
