Postdoctoral Researcher in Plant Microbiome: The Laboratory of Microbial Ecology (Laboratoire Ecologie Microbienne, LEM) at the Universite Claude Bernard Lyon 1 in France invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher position in plant microbiome resilience. The project, funded by the European Research Council Consolidator Award: MicroRescue, aims to understand mechanisms of microbiome rescue to promote resilience to climate change.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in ecology/evolution, microbial sciences, plant and soil sciences, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of plant-microbiome ecology or evolution.
- Experience with bioinformatic and statistical analyses of microbiome sequence data.
- Proficient in coding (R), using GitHub for version control, and working with high-performance computing clusters.
- Research experience in microbiology and plant experiments, including molecular biology, microbial cultivation, environmental bacteriology, and plant husbandry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
