Postdoctoral Candidate – Dynamics of Urban Butterflies: The uBMS project is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Candidate to join the research on the population and community dynamics of animal species in urban areas, with a focus on butterflies. The candidate will work under the supervision of Yolanda Melero at Universitat de Barcelona and David GarcÃa-Callejas at the University of Canterbury. The research will utilize empirical and simulated data within the eBMS project.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- PhD in Biology or related field
- Strong scientific record
- Proficient in statistical analyses and modeling in R
- Excellent competence in English
- Responsible and capable of independent thinking
Job Description:
- Conduct research on the population and community dynamics of butterflies in urban areas
- Utilize empirical and simulated data within the eBMS project
- Develop and discuss own research ideas within the project framework
- Collaborate with the research group on Eco-Evolutionary Responses of Animals to Global Change
