Center for Genomics Postdoctoral Fellow: The KU Center for Genomics is excited to announce the Center for Genomics Postdoctoral Fellowship program, supporting researchers in genomics. This fellowship offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a research and travel allowance. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to develop their own research program with guidance from Center for Genomics faculty.

- Individuals within one year of completing their PhD.
- Applicants proposing innovative research aligned with genomics.

All applicants must have completed their PhD by the start of the program. Priority will be given to candidates not currently at KU unless their proposed project is a significant departure from prior work.
Job Description: As a Center for Genomics Postdoctoral Fellow, responsibilities include:
- Conducting cutting-edge research in genomics with Center-affiliated faculty.
- Presenting research at conferences and publishing findings.
- Applying for additional external funding (NIH NRSA, NSF Postdoc, private foundations).
- Participating in the postdoctoral seminar series.
- Writing an annual progress report.
- Assisting in planning the annual symposium.
- Participating in Center activities.
