Eligibility/Qualification–
Essential Qualification:
- First Class or equivalent CGPA in UG and PG in Polymer Engineering & Technology or Surface Coating Technology.
Preferred Qualification:
- Ph.D. in the relevant branch of Engineering.
If suitable Ph.D. candidates are not available, candidates with a Master’s degree in the relevant branch will be considered.
Job/Position Description-
The Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai invites applications from eligible candidates for walk-in interviews for the post of Assistant Professor (Contract Basis) in the Department of Polymer and Surface Engineering. The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis till June 2026. Candidates with a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Designation: Assistant Professor (Contract Basis)
- Deliver lectures, guide students, and conduct practical sessions in the assigned subject area.
- Contribute to departmental academic activities, research, and development in Polymer and Surface Engineering.
- Engage in curriculum development, academic administration, and student mentorship.
- Support institutional initiatives and projects as assigned by the Head of Department.
Salary:
- ₹65,000/- per month (all inclusive) – for Ph.D. candidates
- ₹40,000/- per month (all inclusive) – for Master’s degree holders
