Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University, Delhi, India invites application for Direct/Contract Recruitment Faculty from eligible and interested candidates

About- Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) is looking to engage experienced industry experts, persons with proven excellent skills, or founders/co-founders of high-value startup companies to develop and deliver industry-relevant courses and mentor students.

The engagement is for persons with experience in the relevant skills domain/sector. Specific research areas or disciplines are not explicitly mentioned in the context of this engagement.

Location- Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University, Delhi, India

Eligibility/Qualification–

Assistant Professor of Practice: Minimum five years’ experience in the relevant skills domain/sector.

Associate Professor of Practice: Minimum ten years’ experience in the relevant skills domain/sector.

Professor of Practice: Minimum fifteen years’ experience in the relevant skills domain/sector.

Applicants should be Experienced industry experts, or a Person with proven excellent skills in a specialized skill domain/discipline/sector, or a Founder/ Co-founder of a startup company valued at over 100 million US dollar.

The selected individuals will be responsible for:

Developing and delivering courses and curriculum to meet industry requirements.
Ensuring the employability of students.9
Playing a mentoring role to students of regular academic programs as well as short-term skill credit certification programs.
Engaging classes and undertaking activities at par with Faculty Members of DSEU.
The engagement will be on a tenure of three years, extendable up to five years, and terminable on a one-month notice.
Remuneration will be fixed at the entry level of the pay matrix level for the equivalent faculty position, with annual increments and allowances as approved by the Board; medical reimbursement will not be applicable.
