Eligibility/Qualification–

Assistant Professor Grade-II:
- PhD in relevant discipline (CSE/ECE) with first class at both B.Tech/BE and M.Tech/ME.
- No experience required for entry level; desirable: two research papers, GATE score, research projects, patents, consultancy experience, awards, degrees from institutes of national importance or abroad, etc.
Assistant Professor Grade-I:
- PhD in relevant discipline (CSE/ECE) with first class at both B.Tech/BE and M.Tech/ME.
- 3 years post-PhD or 6 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
- Minimum 20 cumulative credit points.
PAS & MCS:
- PAS: PhD in relevant discipline; Bachelor’s & Master’s in Physics or Engineering Physics or equivalent.
- MCS: PhD in relevant discipline; Bachelor’s in Mathematics/Computing or equivalent, Master’s in Mathematics/Computing or related discipline.
