Job/Position Description-
Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati) invites online applications from eligible candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD categories for faculty positions at the level of Assistant Professor (Grade I & Grade II) in various Departments and Schools.

- Engage in high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in their respective Department/School.
- Conduct independent research in their area of specialization, leading to publications, sponsored projects, and research guidance.
- Contribute to curriculum development, laboratory development, and academic administration.
- Participate in institutional activities, including departmental committees, outreach, and other duties assigned by the Institute.
