Eligibility/Qualification–
A Professor of Practice / Adjunct Professor of Practice shall be a person of eminence, with or without postgraduate or Ph.D. qualifications, having at least 15 years of experience/service from any of the following:
- Research Organizations of Central government/ State government.
- Central and State Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
- Senior position holders from any reputed Industries.
- NRIs working with reputed overseas R&D LABs and industrial Organizations
Job/Position Description-
IIIT Sonepat invites applications for faculty positions at the level of Professor of Practice/Adjunct Professor of Practice in CSE (Data Science and Analytics) discipline.
The IIIT Sonepat expects, based on their vast industry experience and life learnings, that Professors of Practice/ Adjunct Professor of Practice will evolve innovative ways of engaging the students towards learning and assessment exercises. It may invariably involve teaching of any existing courses or the development of a new course approved by the Senate, including examination and assessment of students.
Remuneration and age limit
