Eligibility/Qualification–
For Engineering Disciplines (CSE, IT, DSA, ECE)
- B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline.
- M.Tech degree in the relevant discipline.

- Undergraduate degree in Mathematics.

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in their respective disciplines.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic activities.
- Conduct high-quality research and scholarly activities.
- Mentor students in projects and research work.
- Perform academic and administrative duties assigned by the institute authorities.
- Work on a full-time basis and shall not undertake any other assignment during the tenure at IIIT Sonepat.
