Eligibility/Qualification–

• The qualifications for appointment of Guest Faculty shall be the same as those prescribed for regular appointment of Assistant Professor in the UGC Regulations.
• As per revised guidelines for appointment of Guest Faculty, the Faculty to be appointed should not have teaching assignment in any other institution.
• The candidate should be registered in the Ad-hoc panel of the respective Department of the University.
• Superannuated teachers will be considered for engagement as Guest Faculty subject to a maximum age limit of 70 years.

Job/Position Description- 

Applications are hereby invited on the prescribed Application Form, attached herewith, for appointment of Guest Faculty.

Honorarium: The Honorarium of Guest Faculty shall be Rs. 1,500/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month. The Guest Faculty will not be given the benefits of allowances, pension, gratuity, leave, etc. as admissible to regular teachers.
