Ph.D. Position in Industrial and Systems Engineering – Spring 2024
The Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Northern Illinois University invites applications for a fully funded Ph.D. position in the areas of operations research, supply chain management, logistics, and data-driven modeling and decision-making. This position is part of Dr. Ziteng Wang’s research group and will commence in Spring 2024.
Eligibility: Prospective students should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM disciplines such as industrial engineering, operations research, mathematics, or related fields. Ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of operations research, mathematical optimization, supply chain and logistics, data analytics, and computer programming.
