Eligibility/Qualification

  • Master’s degree in biology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or a related life science field.
  • Interest in translational research and human disease models.
  • Experience in single-cell or spatial omics, bioinformatics, or cell culture is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Very good English skills.

Job Description

  • Develop a multimodal analysis pipeline combining metabolic imaging mass cytometry and spatial transcriptomics.
  • Analyze multimodal datasets and bioinformatics data.
  • Study cell-cell interactions and molecular networks related to fistulizing Crohn’s disease.
  • Establish and analyze human intestinal assembloids.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and bioinformaticians.
  • Present research findings at conferences and write scientific publications.
