Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree in biology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or a related life science field.
- Interest in translational research and human disease models.
- Experience in single-cell or spatial omics, bioinformatics, or cell culture is advantageous.
- Strong ability to work independently and in a team.
- Very good English skills.
Job Description
- Develop a multimodal analysis pipeline combining metabolic imaging mass cytometry and spatial transcriptomics.
- Analyze multimodal datasets and bioinformatics data.
- Study cell-cell interactions and molecular networks related to fistulizing Crohn’s disease.
- Establish and analyze human intestinal assembloids.
- Collaborate with clinicians and bioinformaticians.
- Present research findings at conferences and write scientific publications.
