Job Description

The selected candidate will:

  • Apply functional antigen screening to identify tumor antigens from patient samples.
  • Generate T-cell receptor (TCR) and antigen libraries, and perform functional antigen drop-out screens.
  • Isolate, extract, and expand tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) from surgical specimens.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of TIL-based therapy for renal cell carcinoma.
  • Use single-cell RNA sequencing to characterize tumor-reactive TILs.
