Job Description
The selected candidate will:
- Apply functional antigen screening to identify tumor antigens from patient samples.
- Generate T-cell receptor (TCR) and antigen libraries, and perform functional antigen drop-out screens.
- Isolate, extract, and expand tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) from surgical specimens.
- Evaluate the feasibility of TIL-based therapy for renal cell carcinoma.
- Use single-cell RNA sequencing to characterize tumor-reactive TILs.
