Eligibility/Qualification –
The candidate who has done their Ph.D. (Chemistry/Chemical Sciences and related areas) from an Indian University/Institution with an NIRF ranking of up to 20 (overall or in respective areas) or those who have done PhD from abroad will be eligible. Applicants should have a track record of publishing at least two papers in Q1 or Q2 journals or SCOPUS/Web of Science listed journals.The upper age limit shall be 45 years as per university rules and is relaxable up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/Female/Physically handicapped candidates. All things being equal SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
Desirable qualifications: The candidate having prior experience in the field of synthetic carbohydrate chemistry or in organic synthesis will be preferred.
Job/Position Description-
Applications are invited for one post of Raja Jwala Prasad Post-Doctoral Fellow with a fixed amount of salary 60,000/pm + HRA (Rs. 10,000) + contingency Rs 50,000/per annum in an IoE BHU Sponsored fellowship program up to 12 months from the date of joining. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
