Eligibility/Qualification–
- Ph.D. in ECE/Physics/Electronics/Materials Science.
- Minimum 6 years teaching/research/industrial experience after Ph.D. (focus on experimental semiconductor device fabrication and measurements).
- Preference for candidates with experience in quantum materials and devices.
- 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
Job/Position Description-
Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the position of Project Consultant in a Department of Science and Technology-funded research project focused on developing advanced quantum devices using GaAs and InP-based semiconductors at IIT Delhi’s Department of Physics. The appointment will be on a contractual basis, renewable yearly, subject to performance and available project funding, with the project running until March 31, 2031.

- Oversee and contribute to experimental semiconductor device fabrication and complex measurements.
