Eligibility / Qualification
Candidates must hold a Ph. D. degree in Bioinformatics area at the time of interview and should have strong skills in one or more areas from Generative and conventional AI/ML, drug resistance bioinformatics, whole genome sequencing data analysis, structural bioinformatics, host-pathogen interactions and large scale transcriptome analysis with proven record of software development in that direction. Experience with docker, pipeline and web-development will be treated positively.

Announcement of a Project Research Scientist Position
Applications are invited for a Project Research Scientist-II @Rs 67,000+27% HRA per month in the ICMR funded project on “Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning based approaches for modeling drug resistance, epidemological trends and precision diagnosis of Tuberculosis in India”
Initial appointment will be made for a period of three month and may be extended based on the performance and project circumstances. Currently approved term of the project ends in October 2026.
