Aerospace Engineering	APAE 02/2023	Flight Dynamics and Control/Space Flight Dynamics/ Aerial robotics	Ph.D. in Flight dynamics and control/Space flight dynamics/ Guidance and control of aerospace vehicles/ Aerial robotics with visible research output; with First class B.Tech / B.E. in Aerospace Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or related field.
Avionics	APAV 01/2023	Computer Science and Engineering	Ph.D. in Computer Science / Computer Science and Engineering or related area of specialization with visible research output; with first class or equivalent in Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or related fields. OR Ph.D. in the relevant area of specialization with visible research output; with first class or equivalent B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science / Computer Engineering. Desirable: The ideal candidate must have experience designing computer science algorithms/computer science and engineering research areas/ quantum information theory/ Quantum computing systems. Should be able to teach fundamental computer science and engineering courses and have a good publication record in high-impact journals and reputed conferences. Preferred areas of specialization are quantum computing, computational and systems biology, security and cryptography, autonomous intelligent systems, scientific computing, cyber-physical systems, reliable distributed systems, networks, databases, data analytics, neuromorphic engineering, and collaborative computing. Outstanding candidates in other areas of computer science will also be considered. Candidates with an interdisciplinary or applied research focus must demonstrate a strong research profile in core computer science areas.

Physics	APPH 01/2023	Quantum Technologies	PhD in the relevant area of specialisation with visible research output; with first class or equivalent Masters Degree in Physics/Electronics and Communications Engineering/ Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering or related fields. OR PhD in the relevant area of specialisation with visible research output; with first class or equivalent at four-year Bachelors Degree in Physics/ Electronics and Communications Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or related fields.

Age Limit as on 31.01.2024: 40 years (Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India orders)

Job/Position Description-

Emoluments as on date: Level 12 of the Pay Matrix under 7^th CPC initial pay of 78,800/- per month. In addition, House Rent Allowance [HRA] and Transport Allowance at the prescribed rates in force will be paid for those who are not availing Departmental Housing, Transport facility, respectively.
