Eligibility/Qualification–
Associate Professor:
- Not above 60 years as of 01.01.2025.
- As per UGC Regulations 2018:
- Ph.D. in relevant/allied disciplines.
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
- Minimum eight years of teaching/research experience at university level or equivalent, with at least seven research publications and a research score of 75 as per UGC criteria.
Assistant Professor:
- Not more than 50 years as of 01.01.2025 (relaxation as per rules for certain categories).
- As per UGC Regulations 2018:
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in a relevant discipline.
- NET/SLET/SET conducted by UGC/CSIR or Ph.D. as per UGC norms. Exemptions apply for specific cases (see notification for details).
Reservation, community, and disability certificates as per Kerala Government and university rules are mandatory for reserved posts. Natives of states other than Kerala are not eligible for community-reserved posts.
