Location- Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur
Eligibility/Qualification–
The minimum essential qualification for Faculty positions in Engineering discipline will be as laid down in AICTE Regulatios-2019, for Pharmacy discipline the essential qualification for Faculty positions will be as laid down by the Pharmacy Council of India Regulation for faculty recruitment, whereas for post in the discipline of Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay studies, the applicant should be Ph.D or NET qualified in subject of Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Economics with minimum three years experience of teaching at PG level and for the discipline of Astrology (Jyotirvigyan) he should be Ph.D or NET qualified. For rest of the position minimum essential qualification will be as per UGC Regulations-2018.
The selection procedure for teaching positions shall be as laid down by the Chancellor Secretariats office order no .3019/32-JS/2020, 18-05-2023, order no. 4229/JS/, 02-07-2021, order no. 5862/JS, 03-09-2021 , order no. 2385/JS, 28-04-2022.
The reservation for the posts will be as per the U.P. State Govt. norms.
Job/Position Description-
Grade and pay for Direct Selection under SFS shall be: Assistant Professor (Rs. 30,000Â57,700), Associate Professor (Rs. 60,000-90,000), and Professor (Rs. 1,00,000Â1,44,200).
The recruitment of teachers in SFS shall be under contract for 3 to 5 years of contract, and terms and conditions of the contract shall be applicable.
The Faculty empanelled and engaged as Guest Faculty for Self Finance Scheme Courses, be paid Rs.500/- per period, subject to maximum payment of Rs 25,0001- per month.
The application fee is Rs. 2500/- (Rs. 2000/- for SC/ST candidates only) which will be paid online alongwith online application.
